Michelle is part of The Patient Approach team, offering gentle, steady and relational support to men, women and teens navigating illness, diagnosis, identity shifts, grief and emotionally complex life transitions.
She specialises in the emotional impact of illness and major life change, including the relational strain and uncertainty that often follows. Michelle supports individuals, as well as parents and their adolescents, who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected or caught in complex emotional patterns — particularly during times of loss or transition.
With additional training in Creative Arts Therapy, Michelle also offers creative pathways for those who find talk therapy alone doesn’t provide enough space to process what they’re carrying. This may include drawing, painting, writing or simple art-based exploration to support emotional clarity and self-understanding.
Her approach is calm, compassionate and deeply attuned, creating a grounded space where clients can explore their internal world and move forward in a way that feels right for them.

Angela is part of The Patient Approach team, offering gentle, steady and relational support to both paediatric and adult clients navigating cancer, significant health diagnoses, grief, burnout and emotionally complex life transitions.
Angela works alongside individuals and families experiencing chronic illness, injury, cardiac events, treatment and recovery, as well as life stages such as perimenopause, menopause, relationship changes, children leaving home, career transitions and retirement. She also supports individuals and families navigating neurodivergence, exhaustion, compassion fatigue and carer burnout.
With a warm, grounded and compassionate approach, Angela creates a safe space for clients to process difficult experiences, adapt to change and move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable. Her work is client-centred, neuroaffirming and LGBTIQA+ affirming, with a strong focus on connection, emotional safety and individualised support.
