Our Services

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a hands-on, evidence-based approach to improving movement, reducing pain and restoring function. It focuses on how the body moves and works, using techniques such as manual therapy, exercise and education to support recovery, build strength and improve mobility. Physiotherapy can help manage the physical impacts of injury, illness or treatment, supporting the body to move more comfortably and function more effectively in everyday life.

Oncology Massage

Oncology massage is a specialised form of gentle, safe massage designed to support people undergoing cancer treatment or living beyond it. It is carefully adapted to each individual, taking into account their diagnosis, treatment plan and overall health, with a focus on comfort, relaxation and wellbeing. Oncology massage can help reduce pain, ease tension, improve circulation and support the body through treatment-related side effects such as fatigue, swelling and anxiety, providing a calming and supportive experience during what can be a challenging time.

Chiropractor

Chiropractic care focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, particularly those affecting the spine, joints and nervous system. Using gentle, hands-on techniques, chiropractors aim to reduce pain, improve mobility and support overall function. Care is tailored to the individual and may include adjustments, soft tissue therapy and movement advice to help manage discomfort, improve posture and support the body through everyday activities, injury or recovery.

Dietitian

Dietitians are qualified health professionals who provide evidence-based nutrition advice to support overall health, recovery and wellbeing. They work with individuals to develop personalised nutrition plans that are tailored to their medical needs, lifestyle and goals. Whether managing treatment side effects, supporting healing, improving energy levels or addressing specific conditions, dietitians help people nourish their bodies in a way that is practical, sustainable and supportive of long-term health.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle, holistic therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet (and sometimes hands) that correspond to different areas of the body. It is designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation and support the body’s natural healing processes. Reflexology can help reduce stress, ease tension and enhance overall wellbeing, offering a calming and restorative experience that complements other forms of care.

Speech Pathology

Speech pathology focuses on assessing and supporting communication and swallowing difficulties that can arise due to illness, injury or treatment. Speech pathologists work with individuals experiencing challenges with speech, voice, language, cognition or swallowing, using tailored strategies to improve safety, function and quality of life. Care is highly individualised and can play an important role in helping people maintain independence, confidence and comfort in everyday activities.

Lymphoedema Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists with lymphoedema training provide specialised support to help manage swelling, discomfort and the functional impacts of lymphoedema and lipoedema. Using evidence-based approaches such as compression therapy, manual lymphatic drainage guidance and tailored strategies for daily living, they help reduce symptoms and improve mobility and independence. Their focus is on supporting individuals to comfortably engage in everyday activities, manage their condition with confidence and maintain quality of life over the long term.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy supports people of all ages to participate in everyday activities that are important to them. For children, this may include developing skills for play, learning, sensory regulation and independence, while for adults it can involve support with daily tasks, work, recovery from illness or injury, and maintaining independence. Occupational therapists take a practical, person-centred approach, providing strategies, adaptations and support to help individuals build confidence, improve function and engage more fully in daily life.

Social Worker

Oncology social workers provide specialised emotional, practical and psychosocial support to individuals and families navigating cancer. They take a holistic, person-centred approach, helping people cope with diagnosis, treatment and the many challenges that can arise along the way. This may include counselling, support with decision-making, care coordination, advocacy and connecting patients to relevant services. Oncology social workers also support carers and families, ensuring no one has to navigate  the cancer journey alone.

Counsellor

Counsellors provide a safe, supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences during challenging times. In the oncology setting, counsellors support people navigating diagnosis, treatment and recovery, helping to process emotions such as anxiety, fear, grief and uncertainty. Using a range of therapeutic approaches, they work alongside individuals to build coping strategies, improve emotional wellbeing and support a sense of control and resilience throughout their journey.

Psychology

Psychologists provide specialised support for emotional and mental wellbeing, helping individuals navigate the psychological impacts of illness, stress and life challenges. In the oncology setting, psychologists support people through diagnosis, treatment and recovery, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and adjustment. Using evidence-based therapies, they work collaboratively with patients to develop coping strategies, build resilience and support overall mental health throughout the cancer journey.

Exercise Physiology

Oncology-trained exercise physiologists provide specialised, evidence-based exercise support for individuals living with and beyond cancer. They design safe, personalised programs tailored to each person’s diagnosis, treatment stage and overall health, with a focus on improving strength, mobility, fatigue and overall wellbeing. Exercise physiology can help manage treatment side effects, support recovery and enhance quality of life, empowering individuals to move with confidence throughout their cancer journey.
