The Patient Approach offers a compassionate and flexible Employee Assistance Program (EAP) grounded in lived experience. Our peer support services are available via phone, video, or in-person, providing employees with confidential, relatable, and timely mental health support. We cover a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, pregnancy loss, chronic illness, cancer, neurodiversity (ADHD/ASD), grief, and trauma. Our goal is to help workplaces build a mentally healthy culture where no one feels alone in what they’re facing, because we’ve been there too.
