Nicholas Read is a valued member of The Patient Approach Cancer & Wellness Centre, providing physiotherapy services to support individuals through cancer treatment, recovery and beyond, as well as members of the wider community.

Nicholas is passionate about helping people improve movement, strength, function and confidence through personalised, evidence-based care. He works closely with patients to manage pain, reduce treatment-related side effects and support physical recovery, helping them maintain independence and quality of life throughout their health journey.

In addition to his interest in cancer rehabilitation, Nic has a particular passion for men's health, including pelvic floor muscle training to improve strength, endurance and coordination. He also supports patients with pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, general musculoskeletal conditions, and exercise programs tailored to individual goals and abilities.

Nic incorporates both resistance and cardiovascular exercise into his treatment approach, helping patients combat the physical effects of illness, treatment and inactivity while improving overall health, wellbeing and function.

 Jessica is a lymphoedema-trained physiotherapist with over eight years of experience supporting people through recovery after illness, injury and surgery. She has experience across private practice and hospital settings, helping clients with lymphoedema management, breast cancer recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions including neck, back and pregnancy-related pain.

Jessica takes a gentle, individualised approach to care, focusing on helping people restore confidence, movement and function through tailored rehabilitation and exercise programs. Passionate about the power of movement, she aims to support not only physical recovery, but overall wellbeing and confidence in the body again.
