Kate Alderman is a Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapist, Somatic Sexologist, Nervous System Recovery and Relationships Coach, and the founder of You’re A Strong Woman Foundation: Domestic Violence Prevention and Recovery.
She specialises in supporting individuals and couples through nervous system regulation, embodiment, and relational repair, helping clients reconnect with safety, self-trust, and internal stability. Her work is centred on empowering and supporting people to shift patterns of trauma, disconnection, and relational conditioning, so they can develop greater agency, choice, and embodied self-leadership in their lives and relationships.
Kate integrates somatic therapy, nervous system education, and trauma-informed embodiment practices to support clients in processing the physiological and emotional impact of stress, trauma, survival responses, relational dynamics, and major life transitions. Her work is grounded in both professional training and extensive lived experience, and she is a professional member of the Somatic Sex Educators Association Australia (SSEAA).
