Dina is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with a special interest in perinatal mental health and supporting individuals through life's challenges and transitions.
She provides compassionate, evidence-based psychological support to individuals navigating pregnancy planning, fertility challenges, miscarriage, birth trauma, parenting concerns and adjustment to parenthood.
Dina also supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, low self-esteem, personality disorders and workplace-related stress.
With a warm and supportive approach, Dina aims to create a safe, understanding space where individuals feel heard, supported and empowered to improve their emotional wellbeing.
